How to get a Iceland visa from Angola

• The tourist visa is for those travelling to Iceland for relaxation, sightseeing, and recreational purposes.
• This visa can also serve as a visitor visa. If you have friends and relatives in the country, you can visit them with this visa.
• Original passport of the applicant which has a validity of 3 months after the intended date of exit from the country should be submitted. The passport should have two blank pages for necessary stamps and must have been issued within the last 10 years.
• Application for this visa can be done 3 months but not later than 15 days before the intended date of travel.
• A letter of invitation from your host in the country should be provided if you are visiting a relative. The home address, telephone number and a valid means of identification of your host should be provided.
• The letter of invitation must be verified by the Iceland Police Inspectorate.
• If you are visiting a relative in the country, you are required to show proof of family ties.
• Angolans who are employed should have a letter from their employer stating approval of their leave and how long the leave is for.
