Bad customer service.

I was informed that my bus will depart at exactly 6am. We got there 5:58am. Due to excess luggage we couldn't travel with that bus. Options given me were : waybill my child's suitcase or buy a seat on another bus. I took the second opinion since my child was going back to school and we didn't run the risk of her luggage being unaccompanied. We're at the terminal until 10:15am, where the bus driver drove with a bee in his bonnet. In the public he was cussing/ dishing the manager, In my years serving the public, I've never seen such gross insubordination. The driver should go for a psychological evaluation. The porters were great.
