The Republic of Malawi as it is officially known covers an area of over 118,000 sq. km. Its capital city Lilongwe, is the largest city in the country. 

About 85% of the country’s population live in the rural areas. Malawi is one of the world’s least developed countries. The economy of the country is partly dependent on agriculture even though about 80% of the population engage in farming activities.

  • Lake Malawi: It is a beautiful sight to behold. A home to Cichlid fish and many species of aquatic birds. This lake is for lovers of nature.
  • Chinteche: This beach has fine white sands and is a beautiful place to spend the weekend. It has comfortable accommodations and there are also lots of fun activities to engage in.
  • Kande Horse Stables: This is a place to enjoy horse riding. These horses can take you into the lake whilst still on their backs.
