- A no-objection letter is required from the educational institution where you are currently enrolled (if applicable).
- Internship agreement signed between the company in Italy, the establishment of origin and the trainee must be provided.
- An original and legible photocopy of acceptance of enrollment by the Italian School of Institution, stating clearly the duration of the course is required.
- Dichiarazione di Valore (Declaration of Value) of the applicant’s educational certificates duly legalized by the Consular office of the Consulate-General is important.
- The local Institution or school should advise this Consulate directly in case it is not required.
- Foreign students are not allowed to work while on this visa.
- Proof of payment of visa application fees.
- A notarized parental authorization is required from the applicant’s parents especially if the applicant is a minor.

Italy Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Persons who wish to travel to Italy for tourism, leisure, sightseeing and visitation are the eligible candidates of this visa.
- Applicants are to provide evidence showing that they have enough money to support themselves throughout their entire stay in Italy.

- If the minor will be traveling alone or with another person, they are to provide an original and copy of the accompanying person’s passport page containing the holder’s data and expiry date.
- A recent photograph and valid visa copies are to be provided.
- A notarized parental authorization to travel to Italy, signed by both parents/guardians.
- When applying at the Italian embassy/consulate in Cape Verde, the guardian or parent should accompany the minor.
- The visa fee for children between the ages of 0 and 6 is FREE while children between the ages of 6 and 12 are to pay 35 EURO.

- Regarding the applicant’s expenses during their stay in Italy, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter of invitation.
- Applicants are to leave Italy on or before the expiration of this visa.
