Basic Travel Requirements for Chadians visiting Brazil

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Brazilian Visa.


  • A Chadian passport is valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date.
  •  The passport has to have  2 blank pages for the visa stamp.
  •  A duly completed and signed visa application form.
  • A minor’s application form has to be signed by his/her parents. 
  • Three recent  identical  passport-size photographs (5 x 7 cm).
  • The travel document must be completely provided.
  •  proof of sufficient funds to cover their duration of stay.  
  • Proof of accommodation.
  •  copy of their onward or return flight. 
  • Documentation showing applicant’s ties to the home country.
  • A report from the police in the applicant’s home country to show he/she does not have a criminal record.
