Basic Travel Requirements for Chadians visiting Ireland

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Irish Visa.


  • A duly completed visa application form and must be signed by the applicant.
  • A valid national passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of return from Ireland and one blank page for visa issuance.
  • Two passport photographs (35mm x 45mm) with the applicant’s name written on them.
  • A copy of the identification document.
  • Photocopy of a valid travel document.
  • Proof of financial support.
  • Valid medical insurance which covers the entire duration of stay.
  • A police report showing that the applicant does not have a criminal record. 
  • Return flight ticket to Chad.
