- A Gambian tourist visa is issued to individuals who want to tour the Gambia, go on vacation or other leisure purposes.
- Those who want to visit friends and relatives, attend weddings and festivals can also apply for this visa.
- This visa is issued for a short stay of 90 days.
- Applicants are required have accommodation in the Gambia which could be a hotel or an apartment.
- If you would be staying with a relative or friend during your trip, the address and contact details of your host, the relationship between you and the host and place(s) of visit during the trip is required.
- A letter from your employer in Comoros is also required. The letter should state that your employer is aware of your trip and that you would return to your job after the trip.
- A bank statement not older than six months is required. This will serve as proof of sufficient funds for the traveler.
- All individuals are to have a return trip ticket to Comoros as proof that they have the incentive of returning to their country after their trip.
- As a tourist visa holder, you are not allowed to study or work in the Gambia.

- Business applicants should have a hotel reservation that would be valid for the duration of their trip.
