- The processing time for this visa is about 6 weeks and it allows its holder to stay for a maximum of 180 days in the country.
- This visa does not permit its holder to take up any forms of employment in the country.
- This visa type is of multiple entries.
- Proof that you plan to leave Canada at the end of your business dealings is to be provided.
- A letter of invitation from your business partner in Canada is to be provided.
- The company’s address and certificate of registration should be stated in the letter.
- Proof of a clean criminal record of the applicant is to be provided.
