India Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This visa is issued to the citizens of Congo traveling to India for business purposes.
  • The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of expiry of the visa. 
  • A duly completed visa application form.
  • Two passport-sized photographs, against a white background. 
  • A cover letter from the employer.
  • An original invitation Letter (Specifying the purpose of the trip), issue by the person, company.
  • Return air ticket.
  • Payment of visa fees
  • Proof of business proposal from the company.
  • No engagement in illegal business.

India Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This visa is issued to the citizens of Congo traveling to India for tourism.
  • The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of expiry of the visa. 
  • Visa application form filled by the applicant.
  • Three passport-sized photographs, against a white background.
  • A cover letter from the applicant and the leave letter from the employer.
  • Applicant must be able to provide evidence of payment of visa fees
  • If sponsored, an original sponsorship letter should be issued by the person based in India
