Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Kazakhstani Visa.

  • Foreigners in Kazakhstan are permitted to attend trade fairs, conferences and business seminars relating to their profession.
  • An official letter of invitation from the inviting company should be provided. The letter must be printed on the company’s letterhead and must contain contact details of the company.

Kazakhstan Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This visa is issued to foreign nationals traveling to Kazakhstan to study in any of the country's academic institutions.
  • All applicants of this visa are required to present a letter of acceptance from the institution they will be studying. The letter must be signed by the head of the institution and must state the course the applicant will be studying and the duration of the study program.
  • Foreigners applying for this visa should ensure they present certificates and transcripts obtained from the schools they previously attended.
  • Students are allowed to work for a period of time as long as it does not interfere with their education.
  • Minors applying for this visa must be in possession of the original copy of their birth certificate.  A notarized consent signed by both parents is required if the applicant is traveling with one or none of his/her parents.

  • Holders of this visa can be accompanied to the country by their friend or relative for the duration of the medical treatment.
  • A letter from the doctor or medical institution that has accepted to treat the foreigner is required. The letter must state that the institution can administer the treatment needed by the applicant.
  • A letter from the applicant’s doctor in Egypt stating the nature of the applicant’s illness and the medical history of the applicant is required.
  • Any other correspondence between the applicant’s doctor and the medical institution should be provided.
  • If you are employed, a letter from your employer is required. The letter must introduce the applicant and state continuing employment after the duration of the visa.
  • Holders of this visa are not allowed to work or enroll in an academic institution during their time in the country.
  • You are expected to leave the country at the expiry of your visa.

  • This visa is issued to Egyptian nationals who have been offered employment by an employer in the country.
  • Applicants should ensure they have been offered employment before initiating the visa application process.
  • A letter of employment signed by both the employer and the employee should be provided. The letter must be printed on the company’s letterhead and should state the terms of employment.
  • You are required to submit a copy of your CV or Resume with the other necessary documents during the visa application process.
  • This visa will not be granted to foreigners who do not have the right qualifications that match the job they have been offered.
  • Proof that there was no citizen of Kazakhstan willing and available to take up the job at the time you were offered this visa is required.
  • The employer should provide proof that the applicant of this visa will not be paid below the minimum wage.

  • This visa is issued to foreigners who have the intention of transiting through Kazakhstan to their destination country.
  • Applicants of this visa have the intention of boarding a connecting flight from Kazakhstan to their destination country.
  • Foreign nationals should ensure they have the visa and other entry permits of their destination country.
  • Flight ticket of the destination country is required.
  • Holders of this visa are not allowed to take up paid or unpaid employment while they are in the country.
  • If you are under the age of 18 years, the original copy of your birth certificate carrying both names of your parents is required.
