  • During business meetings between the applicant’s company and the inviting company, contracts can be negotiated and signed.

  • An official invitation letter from the inviting company is required. The business letter should state the nature of the business to be done and the duration of the business trip.
  • The business letter must also state whether the inviting company or the sponsoring company will take responsibility for the applicant’s finances.
  • A letter from the sending company in Egypt is required. The letter should be printed on the company’s letterhead and must state the duration and purpose of the visit.
  • If there have been previous trade relations between the two companies, proof of this required.
  • Proof of payment of paid visa application fee should be provided.
  • You cannot receive payment for the services you render while you are in the country.

Russian Federation Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This visa is for foreign nationals who have been accepted to study in any of the academic institutions in the country.
  • Before initiating the visa application process, applicants should confirm they have been accepted to study.
  • A letter of acceptance printed on the institution’s letterhead and signed by the head of the institution should be provided. The course the applicant has been offered and the duration of the study programme must be stated in the letter.
  • Applicants of this visa should ensure they present the certificates and transcripts they obtained from the schools they previously attended.
  • Foreign students can work for up to 20 hours per week when school is on break and full-time when school is in session.
  • A copy of the HIV test certificate is required.

  • Foreigners can transit through Russia to their destination country using this visa.
  • The visa and other entry permits of the destination country of the applicant must be provided.
  • You are required to be in possession of the flight ticket of your destination country.
  • If you are traveling with a minor, the unabridged original copy of the minor’s birth certificate should be provided.
  • Holders of this visa cannot take up paid or unpaid employment or study in any of the academic institutions in the country.
  • Proof of payment of visa application fee is required.
  • This visa cannot be extended.
