India Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • Visa application form duly filled online and signed. The applicant’s signatures should match with the signature printed on your passport.
  • Original passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after a stay in India
  • The passport must have empty pages for visa stamps.
  • A photocopy of the data page of the passport.

India Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • Original signed passport must be valid for 6 months from the date you plan to depart India.
  • Visas and stamps should be affixed to the blank pages of the passport. 
  • Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not acceptable for visa issuance.
  •  If the passport does not meet this requirement, the applicant must renew a passport or obtain a new one.
  • Passport must contain sufficient blank visa pages for visa stamp.
  •  India visa application form that is signed and completely filled. 
  • India's business visa is issued to foreigners coming for commercial and trade activities, such as attending trade fairs, visiting clients and factories, negotiating with clients, and signing contracts.

  • Letter from host, sponsor or company to be visited in India stating responsibility for applicant’ financial means in India.
  • The applicant must provide a copy of round trip airline confirmation indicating the dates of entry and exit from the country you intend to visit. 

India Medical Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • An original passport that is valid for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Two photographs taken against a white background. 
  • Indian visa application fully completed and signed by the applicant.
  • Typed Referral letter in original on letterhead with contact details, duly stamped and signed from a well-reputed medical institute after examination of the patient’s condition specifying the nature of the patient’s illness.
  • The letter must also the reason for referring the patient for medical treatment to the established/specialized/recognized medical Institute/hospital concerned in India.
  • Typed Invitation letter on letterhead, duly stamped and signed with contact details, from the hospital/medical Institute in India specifying the nature of the medical treatment to be undertaken along with the start and end date of this treatment.
  • Detail of attendant/ attendants is to be indicated with the mobile number of the contact persons at the hospital. The applicant is to attach a printout of the invitation and the email page with the visa application form.
  • A certified bank statement of last three months/guarantee letter issued by the bank in the name of the applicant, testifying the applicant’s ability to meet expenses to cover medical and living expenses in India for the duration of the medical treatment. 
  • In case of sponsorship, an affidavit from the sponsor along with a copy of his/her Identity Card/Passport copy is to be attached.
  •  In case of follow up treatment, previous medical papers and discharge summary from Indian hospital is to be attached to the application.
  • Patients need to attach copies of their treatments in Equatorial Guinea including copies of CT Scan/MRI/X-ray reports.
  • Transplant patients to produce a compatibility report of donor and patient.
  • Indian hospital to undertake the responsibility of the patient and attendant including immigration till his departure from India. This undertaking is to be included in the invitation letter.
