The staff here was very helpful and kind, but the hotel itself is another story.
The soil pipes for both the toilet and sink for the upstairs bedroom was in my room,so when ever the upstairs guest flash the toilet I heard it going down the soil pipe.
The room reminded me of those horrible motels that you see on American tv shows.
The hotel needs a remodel and ainterior designers touch or even the hotel inspector herself or all the above.
The hotel advertises on there sign board that it is a 5 star hotel, which is news to me, because I have stayed in many hotels across the world that's not 5 star and this hotel does not even come close to there standard.
