We stayed her two different times during our trip in Ghana and had the same room each time.
It was weird--the room was down a long, dark, echo-y hallway that had motion sensor lights.
We did have working A/C and hot water (the towels in the bathroom were one actual towel and one ripped-in-half towel).
The bed was hard as a rock, which wasn't a big complaint for us but I could see others finding it very uncomfortable.
Overall it was a fine stay and about what we came to expect in Ghana.
