I booked online (fortunately did not pay in advance) going by the seemingly pleasant photos posted and listed services.
Having paid the taxi driver 15 C to drop me at the guesthouse from the bus terminus, I was unpleasantly surprised to find the Gorson Guesthouse does not measure up to what it advertises.
Firstly the photos on the website are grossly outdated or the painting and appearance of the guesthouse have deteriorated rapidly since the time the photos were taken.
The appearance is rather shabby-in a word!
While one does not expect all guesthouses to offer breakfast and internet as options, weary travellers should be able to expect establishments to offer what they advertise and not be a guesshouse!
