Hello thank you for taking your time into writing this review it means a lot to us please.
And you booked the hotel for 5 nights and did stay for 5 nights please.
We dry and wash everything with our washing machines and dry clean them and freshly press iron them cause its a priority to us.
We change sheets daily but when the house keepers /cleaners come you tell them no its ok but yet we are sorry.
We cannot do that and we are so sorry sir.
