This place looks beautiful but we encountered lots of problems - the rooms had cobwebs - the light in our room was faulty - the bed made lots of noise - the reception desk is not manned 24/7 - they don’t have working phones, we had to ring the manager with our mobile when we had concerns about our security - staff unprofessional - the securityman is doggy with no training - we were accused of having broken items in our hotel room by the security man and he tried to extort money from us, this was not true!
