Spain Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The Spanish business visa is issued to citizens of Guinea Bissau who intend to enter Spain for the purpose of engaging in business activities.
- This visa is valid for 90 days within a 180-day period.
- You are expected to have original passports valid for more than three months with two blank pages.
- Two recent passport-size photographs taken on a white background and showing your whole face is required.
- A Spanish Travel Insurance with a minimum of €30,000 to cover your medical emergencies.

- If there exist previous trade relations between your company and the partner Spanish company, you must provide proof of such relations. This proof could be original bills of lading, custom clearance documents or any other proof you have.
- An evidence that proves your intention to return to your country of origin once your visa expires is required e.g a round trip ticket.
- You are also required to present a proof of your hotel accommodation in Spain for the entire duration of your stay.
- Employed applicants are to provide proof of their employment contract, leave letter, your current bank account statement of the latest six months and an Income Tax Return.
- Self-employed citizens are to provide a copy of their business license, company's bank account statements of the last six months, as well as an Income Tax return.
- All original documents of the Guinea Bissau company that is sending you on the business trip must be provided. These documents must include: Certificate of Incorporation or Registration, Memorandum of Articles of Association and Tax Clearance.
