Application requirements
Documents Indonesian applicants need to provide.
- A duly filled visa application form is required
- 4 recent passport-sized photographs(45mm x35mm) should be provided.
- An original Indonesian passport and other travel documents valid for at least 3 months after the intended visit with at least 2 blank pages to affix visas.
- A copy of the return/onward ticket for your trip should be provided.
- A detailed covering letter mentioning the details of the applicants, travel, and details of the other members traveling with you.
- Hotel reservation(s) for the duration of your visit.
- Applicant's most recent monthly bank statement clearly showing the applicant's name as the account holder, the balances of the account, and the date of the statement.
- If the statements are printed online then it has to be Authenticated(stamped) by the bank officials.
- If the applicant is employed:
- A letter from your employer on company letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job.

- If the applicant is Self Employed:
- Include a copy of your business license
- Company bank statement of the latest 6 months
- Income Tax Return (ITR).
- If the applicants are a student:
- Submit an official letter from your school indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester.
- A minimum cover of EUR 30,000 as travel insurance covering the cost of repatriation for medical reasons and the Certificate of Currency must be issued by an insurance company operating in Australia or within the EU.
- You can also provide a letter from the bank confirming that you have insurance with them along with a copy of the credit card and the table of benefits.

- A valid original Indonesian passport valid for at least 6 months on entry is required.
- Your passport should have at least one blank visa page to affix visas.
