- Foreigners going to the Northern Mariana Islands for leisure and tourism are issued this visa.
- Visa requirements for U.S visas are applicable to Northern Mariana Islands visas. To get the visa, applicants have to go to the U.S. consulate in Indonesia to apply.
- For foreigners, a completed visa application form must be submitted along with other documents required for travel. It is called the DS-160 form.
- The form must be filed electronically as the embassy would not accept hand-written or typed forms. All questions asked in the form must be answered in English.
