Basic Travel Requirements for Indonesians visiting Paraguay
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Paraguayan Visa.
- An original Indonesian Indonesian passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
- A copy of your duly completed and signed visa application form.
- If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.
- Passport-sized photographs (50 mm x 70 mm) taken in white background.
- Proof of financial support in the form of a bank statement.
- Proof of accommodation in the form of a hotel reservation.
- Copy of return flight ticket to show that you will leave the country once your visa expires.
- Documentation showing applicant’s ties to the home country, e.g. verification from the applicant’s employer.
- A police report showing the traveler does not have a criminal record.
- Medical Insurance to cover the duration of the entire stay.
- Documentation confirming the purpose of travel.
- Copy of travel itinerary.

Paraguay Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Indonesians with intention to visit the Paraguay for tourism and visitation purposes are eligbile for the tourist visa.
- The Paraguayan tourist visa has two types:
- Single-entry visa: this visa is valid for 90 days from the date of entry.
- Multiple-entry visa: this visa is valid for 90 days for a maximum of 10 years.
- An original Passport that must be valid at least 6 months beyond the departure date of your trip is required.
- Ensure that your passport is stamped by an immigration official on arrival, dated and signed. Anybody without an entry stamp in their passport will be fined when leaving the country.
- Copy of round trip Itinerary, reservation printed out from Internet are accepted.
- Proof of financial solvency must be provided. This should be in the form of a bank statement.
- Proof of residence address, such as state’s drivers license, identification ID or utility bill showing current address must be provided.
- The adult applicant is required to apply in person.
- Minors under (18) years old needs to apply through their parents, or by their legal guardian. The application must be signed by both parents and presented along with:
- Minor original passport.
- Copy of the birth certificate.
- Copy of both parents Identification (father and mother ID cards).
- After your stay has expired, when leaving Paraguay by air you must pay an airport departure tax.
Paraguay Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The Paraguayan business visa allows Indonesians visiting Paraguay to engage in any business activity they want.
- Applicants are required to provide a business cover letter. The letter must include the following:
- Purpose of the visit
- Duration of stay.
- The company sponsoring the visit.
- Nature of business to be performed.
- Name and address of reference to be visited.
- Places to be visited.
- An original police Record / Clearance Certificate, duly notarized and legalized by the Ministry of External Affairs must be provided by the applicant.
- An Invitation Letter from Paraguay must be provided.
- The Invitee company has to present the original invitation to the Paraguay Ministry (MRE-Passport office).
- Round- trip tickets, travel itinerary, and hotel bookings must be provided.
- Valid Registration paper from the Chamber of Commerce and a valid copy of Company Registration must be provided.
