Basic Travel Requirements for Indonesians visiting Poland

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Polish Visa.


  • An original Indonesian passport with at least two blank pages to affix visa stamps when issued.
  • A duly completed and signed Poland visa application form.
  • Passport-sized photographs(35mm x 45mm) not older than 6 months.
  • Authentic travel insurance with a minimum cover of 30,000 euros.
  • Proof of flight reservations and hotel bookings.
  • Receipt of visa application fees.
  • Recent bank statement from a reputable bank in Rwanda.
  • A detailed travel plan or itinerary.
  • A valid return ticket to Indonesia or an onward ticket to another country.
