Greece Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • The Greek business visa is issued to people who are travelling to Greece with the intention of engaging in business activities.
  • Holders of this visa can negotiate and sign business contracts with their partners during business meetings in Greece.
  • Application for this visa has the characteristics of the requirements of the Schengen visa.
  • The visa, being a Schengen visa costs EUR 60.00.
  • This visa being a short-stay visit is valid for a period of 90 days.
  • An invitation letter from the host company in Greece is required. The letter should be written in either Greek or English.
  • Your other documents must also be translated either to Greek or English.
  • The invitation letter should introduce the applicant and state the duration and purpose of the applicant’s visit to the country.
  • This visa allows foreigners to attend and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and business seminars relating to their profession.

Greece Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This visa is eligible to foreigners who are travelling to Greece as a tourist for adventure, sight-seeing, vacation, temporary visit, visiting family and friends, etc..
  • This visa is valid for 90 days as a short-stay visit and it costs EUR 60.00 like other Schengen visas.
  • Greece is part of the Schengen countries so you can also use your visa as a Schengen visa.
  • Travel Insurance stating that you are covered in case of a medical emergency and repatriation in Greece and in the Schengen Area (minimum coverage of € 30.000) must be provided.
