How to get a Costa Rica visa from Kenya

• This visa is issued to foreigners who are visiting Costa Rica for the purpose of sightseeing, recreation, and relaxation.
• The tourist visa can also be used as a Visitor Visa. Foreigners can visit their friends and relatives using this visa.
