- The Belarus tourist visa is a visa issued to foreigners visiting Belarus for tourism purposes.
- Laotians who intend to visit Belarus for visitation, sight-seeing and other recreational purposes can apply for this visa.
- The Belarusian tourist visa is valid for a duration of 90 days and the visa cannot be extendable.
- Foreigners found in Belarus after the expiry of their visa will be punished, fined or deported.
- A passport valid for at least 90 days after the conclusion of your trip and have two blank pages for visa stamps is required.
- An original copy of a letter of invitation from a Belarusian travel agency. The hosting organization must be registered by the Belarusian authorities as a tourist company.
- Proof of paid tourist visa application form.
- A duly filled and signed Belarusian visa application form. The form should be filled in block letters and must be written in English, Belarusian or Russian.
- A cover letter stating the applicant's purpose of visit to Belarus is needed. The letter should show the applicant's contact details and residential address.
- A passport-sized photograph taken within the last six months, 45mm high X 35mm wide in size and taken with a plain light background.
- A travel medical insurance, not less than 10,000 euros valid for the duration of your stay in Belarus. The medical insurance letter should contain the name of the insurance company, their contact details and address, the name of the policyholder, insurance policy number and the territorial coverage of the policy.
- A bank statement not older than six months to show proof of sufficient funds. Applicants must attest to owning a sum of 20 euros per day while entering the territory of Belarus.
- Proof of paid round-trip ticket.
- Proof of hotel reservations or accommodation in Belarus.
- A letter from the applicant's employer stating that they are aware of the applicant's absence for a limited period of time. The letter should be written on the company's letterhead and should be signed by the employer.
- Applicant's identification card.
- A certificate of good conduct legalized by the right authorities in Laos.

- A letter of introduction from your company stating your current job position in the company, the purpose of your trip to Belarus and the type of business transactions to be conducted is required. The letter must be written on the company's letterhead.
- An invitation letter from the company in Belarus and typed on the company letterhead showing the full details of your visit, as well as your entry and exit dates is needed.
- Proof of previous business relationships between the Belarus company and the Laos company is required.
- Photocopy of memorandum and article of association of the inviting company, a copy of the business registration and trade license should be submitted.
- Foreigners are expected to exit Belarus before the expiry of their visa.
- If you are staying in Belarus for more than five working days, you must register with the local authorities in Belarus.
- The Belarusian business visa is valid for 90 days and this visa cannot be extendable.
- Proof of accommodation or hotel reservation in Belarus.
- A letter stating if the Belarus company or the applicant's employer will be responsible for the travel expenses must be submitted to show proof of financial capability.
- Travel health insurance amounting to 10,000 euros valid for the duration of your stay in Belarus.
