Basic Travel Requirements for Laotians visiting Germany
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a German Visa.
- A completed visa application form.
- A passport with 6 months validity before the due date with blank visa pages.
- Two recently taken colour passport photos of 32- 36mm in height, taken against a gray background is required.
- Proof of accommodation in Germany is to be sent together with the necessary travel documents to the embassy.
- Applicants planning to stay with friends or relatives are expected to submit a copy of their passport and proof that they can support their stay.
- Proof of return ticket.
- Travel itinerary.

- A complete, correct and signed German visa application form.
- A German declaration of accuracy of information.
- A recently taken identical passport-sized photos.

- A German business visa permits its holder to remain in Germany for a duration of 90 days within 6 months.
- A complete and signed German visa application form.
- A German declaration of accuracy of information.

- Company cover letter with the whole travel plan. The cover letter should contain your position, purpose, and duration of your stay, date of travel and if your trip expensed is covered by your employer.
