Basic Travel Requirements for Laotians visiting Greece
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Greek Visa.
- A Laotian passport valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date and must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
- A duly completed and signed visa application form.
- If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form and give consent to the minor trip.
- Two recent Passport-size photographs (40 mm x 60 mm) in size taken in light background.
- Travel medical insurance of 30,000 € to cover the duration of stay in Greece and the entire Schengen area.
- The necessary travel documents.
- Travel itinerary stating the dates of entry and exit in Greece and flight numbers.
- Proof of financial means to cover the duration of stay in Greece.
- Proof of accommodation or hotel reservations for the whole duration of stay in Greece.
- Copy of return flight ticket.
- Birth certificate or marriage certificate to show the applicant's ties to home country.
- A cover letter stating the applicant's purpose of visit to Greece and duration of stay.
