Cameroon Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The Cameroonian tourist visa is issued to Liberians visiting the country for sightseeing, recreation and relaxation purposes. Applicants are to provide a passport with a validity of at least 6 months from the proposed date of return. Applicants travelling with the intention of visiting friends and relatives should obtain a letter of invitation from their host The letter should contain the full contact and valid means of identification of the host. Holders of this visa are not allowed to take up a course to study in one of the institutions in the country. Employed applicants should submit a letter from their employer stating their awareness and duration of their leave. Proof of financial sufficiency should be submitted. Applicants travel itinerary should be submitted. Applicants are to provide proof of yellow fever vaccination. Proof of hotel reservation and accommodation should be submitted. Proof of incentive of returning to Liberia at the expiration of your visa should be submitted. You can attend events and festivals whilst you are in Cameroon. If you are under the age of 18 years, the unabridged original copy of your birth certificate should be submitted. You are also required to have a letter of consent signed by both your parents if you are travelling alone.
Cameroon Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
Liberians travelling for business purposes are the recipients of the Cameroonian business visa.
Applicants can negotiate and sign business contracts, attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits.
The Cameroonian visa has a validity of 90 days.
The business visa has to be used within 90 days of issuance.
Letter from the applicants' employer written on company’s letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant’s position in the company and clearly stating the purpose of visit to Cameroon.
A letter from the host company in Cameroon stating their awareness of the applicant's visit, nature of business to be carried out and duration.
If the host company will be financially responsible for the applicants visit it should be clearly stated in their letter.
Three-months and six-months business visas are issued only when prior approval has been obtained by the Administrative or Immigration Authority in Cameroon.
Certificate of business registration of the company in Cameroon is required.
For applicants who are self-employed, a copy of business registration should be provided.
All fees paid for the visa application are non-refundable irrespective of the outcome of the application.
Proof of previous business dealings with the company should be provided if any.
Proof of hotel reservation and accommodation should be submitted.
Proof of incentive of returning to Liberia should be submitted.
Receipt of payment of visa application fee should be provided.

Liberians with the intention of transiting through Cameroon are the applicants of this visa Applicants may need to board a connecting flight from the airport in Cameroon or join a ship going to their destination country. Visa and entry pass to destination country should be submitted. The application form of minors should be signed by both parents. Applicants are expected to exit Cameroon before the expiration of their visa. Proof of accommodation or hotel reservation should be provided. This visa cannot be extended. Proof of payment of visa application fee should be submitted.
