Bank account statements to prove your financial capability shouldn't older than 3 months.

A proof of paid visa fee. €60 for adults and €35 for children from 6 to 12 years old.

Libyans who intend to engage in a business while in Spain have to obtain a business visa.
A passport is valid for at least six months is needed during the visa application.
