  • Libyans can travel to Tunisia for a maximum period of  90 days, provided they possess a valid passport.
  • The validity of the passport should be at least 6 months and it must carry blank pages for entry stamps.
  • Intending visitors are to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover their expenses while in Tunisia.
  • Onward/return tickets and other documents necessary for visitor’s next destination must be readily available.
  • There are no entry fees required on arrival.
  • Tax is levied on passengers leaving the country via international flights.
  • There are no restrictions on the import of foreign currencies. However, amounts exceeding TND 5000 or its equivalent in other currencies must be declared on arrival. 
  • The import of the local currency is prohibited.
  • Pets are to accompanied by rabies vaccination certificate issued not more than 6 months prior to arrival in the country.
