- A tourist visa is issued to foreigners visiting Montenegro for the purpose of leisure and tourism such as sightseeing, recreation, and relaxation.
- Applicants who have been invited to Montenegro by their friend or relative with permanent residence can apply for the tourist visa.
- An applicant under the age of 18 years must provide the original copy of the birth certificate and a notarized consent signed by both the parents should be provided.
