Basic Travel Requirements for Malians visiting Andorra
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Andorran Visa.
- Ordinarily, you only need a valid passport to enter Andorra, you do not need a visa.
- However, you can only access the country through either France or Spain, so you must get a multiple entry Schengen visa.
- For stays longer than 90 days in Andorra, you must get a resident permit in Andorra.
- Duly completed and signed Schengen visa form application.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs not older than 6 months, meeting the Schengen photo requirements.
- Original Malian passport that is valid for at least 6 months on entry into Andorra.
- You'll be required to submit flight bookings for your trip to Andorra as well as a return ticket to Mali.
- Proof of valid travel insurance with the certificate of insurance and table of benefits. Your travel insurance must have a minimum cover of €30,000 and must be issued by an insurance company operating within the EU.
- Proof that you can cater yourself while in Andorra.
- Proof of accommodation which could be a hotel reservation or an invitation letter from your host in Andorra.
- The invitation letter should contain the purpose and the duration of your trip. It should also be accompanied by a valid ID of your host.
- A letter of no objection from the relevant authority in Mali.
- Retired applicants will need to submit proof of retirement funds.
- A cover letter mentioning details of you, the travel and details of anyone traveling with you.
- This Schengen visa allows a short stay of 3 months and it's valid for 90 days.
- This visa costs €60 for Malians 12 years and above, €35 for children between 6-11 and is free for children under 6.

Andorra Visitor Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- You'll need multiple-entry Schengen visas that allow you entry and exit multiple times into either of France or Spain to get to Andorra.
- The multiple entry visa allows multiple entries for a period of 90 days in a 180 day period.
- If the period of stay in Andorra is not more than 5 days, you can apply for a transit visa.
- You must correctly fill and sign your visa application.
- Your Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond your return to Mali that has been issued within the last 10 years is needed. It must have at least 2 blank pages for your visa to be attached.
- Two colored passport photographs not older than 6 months that meet the following Schengen visa photo requirements:
- Photo size: 35x45mm.
- Head should take 70-80% of the photo.
- Brightly colored background preferably light grey.
- The applicant should be looking straight at the camera.
- Neutral face expression with no smile and mouth closed.
- Uniforms or colors matching the photo background should be avoided.
- Non-Malians must present a valid resident permit when applying for this visa.
- You'll need valid medical insurance with a minimum cover of at least €30,000 for medical expenses, hospitalization, and repatriation when applying for this visa.
