Basic Travel Requirements for Mauritanians visiting Fiji

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Fijian Visa.


  • A correct and fully completed official Fiji visa application form 
  • Two (2) recent colored passport-size photographs with a plain white background.
  • Original Mauritanian international passport that is valid with for 6 months.
  • Consent letter from a spouse (if married and traveling alone).
  • Consent letter from parents [for 18 years and under] and traveling alone.
  • Leave letter (if employed).
  • Proof of funds to sustain the duration of stay. E.g. recent bank statements for the last 3 months.
  • Confirmation of pre-booked hotel accommodation.
  • A copy of the travel itinerary/ticket.
  • Sponsored letter. If a Fiji citizen or local company/organization is sponsoring to indicate the undertaking of the person for the duration of his period.
  • Proof of approved visa and onward ticket.
