  • International passport with at least six months validity from end of stay and two blank pages for visa stamping
  • Two copies of the filled and signed application forms
  • Recent passport photographs showing full frontal view of face, taken in a white background
  • Proof of purpose of travel
  • Travel insurance with sufficient medical coverage valid for the duration of the trip
  • Flight itinerary
  • Round trip ticket
  • Prepaid stamped envelopes for returning of the visa
