A letter from the host company in Argentina should be sent to the embassy. The letter should state their awareness or your visit, purpose and duration. If the financial expenses of your visit will be handled by the host company, it should clearly be stated in the letter. The host company in Argentina must be registered with the National Registry of Petitioners on behalf of Foreign Applicants (RENURE) of the National Directorate of Migration. Applicants are to submit a letter from their employer stating the awareness, purpose of your trip and duration. If the Applicant owns the business or is self-employed, please add a copy of your business’ official registration and a copy of the last tax return. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or Registration Certificate or Letter of Membership from a recognized Chamber of Commerce. Proof of previous business dealings with your host company in Argentina should be provided(if any). The travel itinerary should clearly indicate the applicant's day to day activities. Applicant should show proof of hotel reservation or accommodation. Proof of incentive of returning to your home country at the expiration of your visa should be submitted.
