Libya Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
The tourist visa is issued to Moroccans traveling to Libya for the purpose of leisure,tourism or vacation. Bearers of this visa can visit friends and relatives on this visa. If the purpose of the visit is to see a friend or relation, a letter of invitation from the host should be submitted. The letter should contain a valid means of identification of the host and their full contact address. Employed applicants are to submit a letter from their employer stating the awareness of their leave and duration. Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicants duration of stay should be submitted. Applicants travel itinerary should also be submitted to the embassy. An incentive that proves that the applicant has the intention of returning to Morocco at the expiration of their visa. If the applicant is below the age 18, the original copy of their birth certificate should be submitted alongside a letter of consent from one or both parents. The receipt that shows that payment has been made for visa application. Proof of medical fitness should be submitted. It is advised that you are vaccinated against yellow fever before traveling to the country. International Certificate of Vaccination for yellow fever is required.
Libya Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
Moroccans travelling for business purposes are the recipients of the Libyan With this visa, foreigners are free to negotiate and sign business contracts with their partners in the country. Moroccans with this visa can attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits. A letter from the applicants' employer stating their awareness, purpose and duration of the trip should be submitted. A letter from the host company in Libya should be submitted to the embassy, the letter should contain the purpose of the visit and duration. If the financial expenses of the applicant would be taken up by the host company in Libya, it should be clearly stated in the letter. Proof of previous business dealings should be submitted. Certificate of Business Registration of the inviting company should be submitted with the other necessary documents. Self employed applicants or private business owners should submit a copy of their Income Tax Return for the last six months. Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation should be submitted. Receipt of payment of visa application is required. Proof of the incentive of returning to your country. Your original marriage certificate or the original of your child’s birth certificate would suffice.
