- This visa is issued to foreigners who intend visiting Mali for recreation, relaxation, and sightseeing.
- Applicants of this visa may also want to visit their friends and relatives residing in the country.
- If you are visiting a friend or relative in the country, a letter of invitation from your host is required. The letter should include the home address, telephone number, and valid means of identification of the host.
- Namibians cannot be enrolled in any of the institutions of learning in the country
- During your time in the country, you can attend festivals and events.
- A letter from your employer approving your leave and stating continuing employment on return from the trip.
- A copy of your Namibian stay permit is required.
- If you are under the age of 18, you are required to submit the original copy of your birth certificate. If you will be travelling with one or none of your parents, a notarized consent signed by both your parents should be submitted.
- Proof of the incentive of returning to your country at the expiration of your visa.
- A receipt that indicates that payment of visa application fee has been made.
- Namibians cannot take up employment whilst in the country.
- Applicants should obey the rules guiding this visa.
