Basic Travel Requirements for Nigeriens visiting Greece

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Greek Visa.


  • An international passport valid for 6 months after exiting from the country.
  • The passport must contain two blank pages for visa stamps.
  • Duly completed visa application form. 
  • The form should carry the necessary signatures and stamps.
  • Two passport-sized photographs taken on a white background and follow the visa application specification.
  • The photograph must be at least 3 months old from the time of application.
  • Original bank statement for the last three months prior to the date of application for the visa. Salary payslips may be used in place of the bank statement.
  • Valid travel insurance which has a coverage of €30,000 for medical insurance.
  • Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country. 
  • Return flight ticket.
