  • Free of charge-visas are granted only to holders of diplomatic, special and service passport or to Yemeni citizens holding a passport of another nation.

  • Payments must be made directly at the Consular Office by draft cheque (made out to “Ambasciata dello Yemen”) or cash.
  • If you submitted your visa request via an ordinary mail or courier, you should contact the Consular Section for instructions on how to proceed with the payment.
  • If you are employed, you will have to present a certificate from your employer stating or allowing your business travel.
  • Your bank statement from the last 6 months is needed.
  • Self-employed people will submit proof of business registration.
