Application requirements

Documents Pakistani applicants need to provide.

  • Applicant’s passport should have at least two empty pages for entry stamp and should also be valid for at least six months beyond the date of arrival in Indonesia.
  • Applicant’s passport must meet the requirements above or entry into Indonesia will be denied.
  • Amendment and endorsement pages will not be used for entry stamp.
  • Two recent passport-size taken within the last 6 months is required.
  • A copy of the signed and completed Indonesia visa application form is required.
  • A copy of the travel itinerary showing entry and exit date should also be provided by applicants.
  • Applicants under 18 years are required to submit a copy of a birth certificate, and permission note or letter signed by both parents.
  • Applicants should submit evidence of sufficient funds for the duration of stay in Indonesia.
  • Hotel reservation/booking showing proof of accommodation for the whole duration of stay in Indonesia.
  • Travel health insurance must be valid for the whole duration of stay.
  • Non Pakistan nationals are required to submit their valid residence permit.

Tourist visa

  • A Tourist Visa is a visa issued to foreigners for tourism or recreational activities.
  • Passport should have at least two blank pages for the visa.
  • Applicants are required to provide the Indonesia visa application form that is signed and correctly filled.
  • Two recent passport photographs displaying a neutral expression. the photos must be taken within the last 6 months.
  • Letter from travel agents confirming the purchase of tickets into Indonesia.
  • Copy of bank statement stating applicant's has enough fund for the duration of stay.
  • Holders of a tourist visa are required to stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days.
  • A copy of the applicant's confirmed travel itinerary in Indonesia is required.
  • A copy of confirmed hotel booking or letter of invitation showing proof of accommodation is required.
  • Underaged applicants are required to provide an authorization letter signed by parent and a copy of their birth certificate.
  • Letter of Invitation from the host in Indonesia explaining the purpose of stay and duration of stay.
  • Applicant must not partake in any business activities or take up jobs in Indonesia or he/she will be deported.

Business visa

  • A business visa is granted to foreigners who are visiting for business purposes such as attending business meetings and purchasing goods.
  • A passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry into Indonesia and
  • The passport must have at least 2 blank pages for the visa.
  • A completed and signed application form by the applicant is required.
  • One recent color passport photograph attached to the application form is required.
  • A copy of return/onward tickets showing the date of arrival and departure from Indonesia.
  • A letter of invitation from inviting organization in Indonesia.
  • A letter of employment from the organization in Pakistan.
  • The letter should also state that applicant is of good morals.
  • Applicants should also provide an approval letter from the Directorate General of Immigration in Indonesia.
  • Applicant’s sponsor is required to apply for visa approval directly at the Directorate General of Immigration.
  • Evidence of sufficient funds for the required period of stay in Indonesia.
  • This visa allows applicants to stay for up to 60 days in Indonesia and visa extension can be applied at the nearest immigration office in Indonesia.
