- Proof of tuition fees paid for one year (payment must be done after getting the acceptance letter.
- Transferring the fee to the bank account of the Romanian institution.

- This visa is issued to the Philippines traveling to Romania for tourism.
- A valid passport.
- An invitation letter from the host is required.
- An international travel document with a validity period that exceeds your stay in Romania. It should be valid for at least 6 months after your visa application has been approved.
- Two recent passport photographs with a white background.
- Bank statement from the last six months issued from the bank.
- To acquire a short-stay visa, you have to show that you can cover day-to-day expenses during the period of your stay in Romania.
- Evidence of valid travel medical insurance that covers the period of your stay in Romania.
- A flight reservation to the Romanian territory showing your entry and exit dates. It should also contain your PNR and full details as they appear on your international passport bio-data page.
