Bermuda Visitor Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Bermuda visitor visa allows Rwandans travel to Bermuda for work, tourism, business and visitation purposes.
- With this visa, you can visit loved ones, attend summits, meetings, conferences and sign contracts while in the country.
- You'll be required to present an invitation letter from your host in Bermuda. The letter should contain full details of your trip including purpose, duration and whoever will be financially responsible during the stay.
- You must submit a valid means of identification of the host along with the letter. This could be in the form of National ID.
- For business purposes, the invitation letter is to be written on the inviting company's letter head.
- A notarized copy of the registration certificate of the business as well as any other document that validates the Bermuda company is also required.
- Any document that validates previous relations with the inviting company in Bermuda is necessary.
- An introduction letter from your employer in Rwanda stating awareness and approval of your trip as well as any financial responsibility is required.
- You're required to present proof of funds to show that you can cater for your expenses in Bermuda.
- You can work with this visa type but you'll need to apply for a work permit.
- This single entry visa costs BMD88 and allows a stay of 21 days. The visa has a validity of 6 months from issue date but can be extended based on the discretion of the embassy.
- The multiple entry visa is valid for a year and it costs BMD175.
- The visitor visa is usually processed between 7-10 working days.

- This is for Rwandans who intend to study in Bermuda.
- You must have been offered admission into an educational institute in the country.
- Documentation attesting to your admission and acceptance of study in the country is required for this visa application. This could be a letter of invitation from the school and your letter of acceptance.
- Evidence of payment of tuition is needed. If you've been offered a scholarship, you are to present relevant documents at the embassy.
- You must also apply for a residence permit which will allow you to live in Bermuda during the period of your studies.
- Proof of sufficient funds to cover overall cost of living during the duration of your study is necessary. This could be in the form of your personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
- You're to show a valid proof of accommodation that spans the entirety of your stay in the country.
- Valid health insurance that covers your stay in Bermuda is needed.
- The visa has a validity of 1 year from issue date but can be extended as long as the reason for extension remains study.
- The student visa is a multiple entry visa and it costs BMD175.
- It is usually processed between 7-10 working days.
