How to get a Equatorial Guinea visa from Rwanda

• Rwandans aiming to visit Equatorial Guinea for tourism, sightseeing or other leisure activities are eligible to apply for a tourist visa. The tourist visa also permits its holder to visit friends and relatives residing in Equatorial Guinea.
• If you are visiting friend or relative in Equatorial Guinea, you need to obtain a letter of invitation from them showing their home address and telephone number. This letter should also state the relationship between you and your host.
• If you are a tourist, you must submit a cover letter stating the purpose of your visit, places you intend to visit while in Equatorial Guinea and how long you intend to stay in the country.
  
• The tourist visa also allows its holder to attend social and cultural events, as well as festivals, in Equatorial Guinea.
• Your Rwandan passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your intended departure date from Equatorial Guinea.
• A visa application form must be fully completed and signed before submission otherwise the processing of your visa application might be delayed.
• If you are employed, you are required to provide proof of your employment in the form of your employment contract, bank account statements of the latest three months and Income Tax Return. • You are also required to submit a police report showing no serious criminal record or a Certificate of Good Conduct from the local police in your country.

• The business visa is issued to foreign nationals who intend to travel to Equatorial Guinea for business purposes.
• The business visa permits its holder to attended business meetings, trade fairs and take part in conferences in Equatorial Guinea.
• If you intend to attend a conference in Equatorial Guinea, you should register for the conference before leaving Rwanda.
• Two passport-size photographs should be submitted with your fully completed visa application form.
• The passport used for your visa application must contain at least two blank pages and have a validity of not less than three months beyond the date you intend to leave Equatorial Guinea.
• You are also required to obtain a letter of invitation from the partner company/organisation in Equatorial Guinea. This letter must state the purpose of your visit and who will take care of all your expenses (your company or the partner company) while in Equatorial Guinea.

• Applicants should note that the transit visa cannot be extended.
