Basic Travel Requirements for Rwandans visiting Kuwait

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Kuwaiti Visa.



  • A properly completed Kuwait visa application form.
  • An original passport valid for a minimum of six months after entry into Kuwait.
  • At least 2 passport photos that meet the guidelines of the Embassy of Kuwait.
  • Police clearance stating the applicant has no criminal record.
  • A health certificate including HIV test results issued by a reputable hospital in Rwanda.
  • Travel sponsor's original contact number and home address.
  • A detailed report of applicant's travel plans.
  • A valid bank statement showing dating back to at least 3 months of use.
  • Proof of financial stability of the applicant for the duration of stay. 
  • Note that the flat fee for a Kuwait visa is 3KWD and extra charges would be requested for at the embassy.
