Documents Rwandan applicants need to provide.
- Passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Liberia, with at least one blank passport page available for Liberian visa stamp.
- Two Liberia visa application forms. Fill out the application forms included in your Visa Application Kit.
- Two recent (taken within the last 6 months), identical, 2 x 2 passport photographs, in color, front view and with a plain/light background
- Documentation confirming the purpose of travel

- Applicants Under the Age of 18 should have a copy of the birth certificate and a notarized letter signed by both parents authorizing international travel and requesting the issuance of the visa. A copy of guardianship or custody agreement documents are also required

- This visa allows foreigners to visit Liberia for sightseeing recreation and relaxation purpose
- Passport with six (6) month validity beyond trip completion and one blank visa page

- Provide the full frontal view of your head with a neutral expression.

- A letter from the inviting company in Liberia written on the company’s letterhead and addressed to the Embassy of Liberia. The letter should indicate the type of the business to be conducted and the name and address of the company to be contacted in Rwanda
- If your expenses will be covered by the inviting company or your employer, it should be stated in the business letter.
- If you have been in business previously with the company you are meeting up with, proof of this is required.
- The receipt that shows that the visa application fee has been paid in full is required.
- A document that shows that the applicant has the incentive of returning to Rwanda should be provided.
- A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination for yellow fever is required.
