Saudi Arabia Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • Saudi Arabia business visas are issued to businessmen, investors and other visitors travelling to the country for the sole purpose of business.
  • An invitation letter from a Saudi-based company, approved by the Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia is required from you.
  • The visa is valid for 90 days duration of stay, being a short-stay visa.
  • Your visa fee might vary depending on the country you might be applying from.
  • Visitors on this visa are not eligible to take up employment or reside in Saudi Arabia.
  • All the information you will be given on the visa application form MUST be filled out completely in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • If you are applying through a visa office registered with Enjaz, the application must be completed online. Enjaz is an online application for a Saudi visa that you must submit either on your own or through an approved visa processing company.
  • You can sign contracts, partake in auctions and exhibitions and also speak at business-related events while on the Saudi Business visa.
  • You will need to provide an invitation letter from the Saudi company you will be visiting.
  • This letter will also contain their detailed address, accompanied by the date and actual purpose of your trip.
  • You are not to overstay the time granted on the visa.
  • If the intention is to attend a meeting or seminar, confirmation/invitation from the conference organizer/institution is required.
  • If you are employed, you will have to present a certificate from your employer stating or allowing your business travel.
  • Proof of sufficient funds to cover the costs of stay (e.g. bank statement for 2 recent months) is required.
  • Visitors should not overstay the time granted on their visa.
  • Business visas do not grant the applicant the right to work or to reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • You must abide by the country’s Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society’s values and traditions.
  • Saudi Arabia totally forbid drug trafficking by law which is strictly enforced. Violation of this law will be subjected to dire punishment which might lead to the death penalty.

Saudi Arabia Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This visa is intended for people travelling to Saudi Arabia for the purpose of study.
  • Applicants of this visa must be ready to submit original copies of previous academic degrees earned.
  • Three (3) copies of medical reports, along with three (3) passport-size colour pictures, need to also be submitted.
  • The student visa's duration of stay is at the discretion of the Kingdom of  Saudi Arabia discretion and the duration of your course in the country.
  • The medical report must be issued by a licensed physician who must sign each copy and certify that the applicant is free of any contagious disease. The license number and address of the physician should appear on each copy. Medical reports must be used within three (3) months from the date of issuance. 
  • The Saudi visa fees might vary, as the fee of the visas is at the discretion of the Saudi Arabian Consulate.
  • Since Saudi Arabia does not have an embassy or consulate in Seychelles, all Seychelles citizens are to apply for Saudi visas at the neighbouring countries where Saudi has a Diplomatic mission.
  • Children under the age of sixteen (16) do not need a medical report.
  • A recent police report, with detailed information about the applicant’s criminal record, if any, must be provided.
  • For married students wishing to take along their spouses or their children, proof of kinship is required: for a spouse, a copy of the marriage certificate will do; for a child, a copy of the birth certificate.
  • Minors (under 18 years of age) travelling alone or with one parent must submit a notarized letter of authorization, in either in Arabic or English, signed by both parents or legal guardians.
  • Visitors to Saudi Arabia must abide by the country’s Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society’s values and traditions.
  • The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s laws against drug trafficking are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to severe punishment, which may include the death penalty.
