Basic Travel Requirements for Seychelloiss visiting Taiwan
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Taiwanese Visa.
- Valid Seychelles passport. Must have at least 6 months remaining validity. Any old passports showing previous travels can be submitted as well.
- Two (2) passport photos against a white background taken within the last three (3) months. Sign the backs of both photos and paste one of them on the form.
- Proof of accommodation hotel reservations.

Taiwan Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Original passport (must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after travel) with more than 2 blank pages.
- Two recent passport-sized colour photos, taken against a white background (taken within the last 6 months). One photo pasted on the application form, another one with name written at the back of the photo and attached on the application form with a paper clip. (Please do not re-submit photos used in a previous visa)
- A signed letter of invitation.
- The inviter’s details and documents must correspond with the information filled in the application form.
- Proof of confirmed hotel/guesthouse booking and use fill in their details on “Reference in Taiwan” section on the application form.
- Applicant’s personal official bank statements for the last 3 months (stamped by the bank).
- A letter from your company stating that they will cover all costs in addition to your personal bank statements if the company will be responsible for sponsoring the trip.
- A signed letter stating sponsorship, ID copy and 3 months bank statement of a person sponsoring the trip should be attached. In addition to the applicant’s bank statement.
- Proof of employment. (A signed and dated official letterhead from your place of work.)
- If travelling with children under the age of 18, please attach a copy of their UNABRIDGED birth certificate and sign the form on their behalf. Also, include a letter of consent allowing them to travel along with YOUR 3 months stamped bank statement and copy of the parent’s marriage certificate.
- Confirmed flight booking (return ticket - departure/arrival for both Taiwan and your country). The booking must clearly indicate that it is confirmed.

- Copy of authenticated work experience certificate. Proof of employment should be at least five years’ experience in a related field

Taiwan Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- This visa is for Seychelles who intend to travel to Taiwan for vacation, relaxation, visitation, health and business purposes.
- Holders of this visa can not study while in Taiwan.
- Your Seychelles passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of travel and have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
- A valid return ticket to Seychelles as proof of intent to leave at the expiration of the visa is required.
- proof that you can sponsor your self throughout your stay in Taiwan, you have to present your bank account statements for the latest 3 months.
- If you are visiting friends or relatives, you should provide a letter of invitation from your host in Taiwan clearly stating their contact details.
- You are also to provide proof of private accommodation or hotel reservations for the entire duration of your stay in Taiwan.
- If you will be travelling with your spouse and/or children, you must provide their valid travel documents.
- If a minor is travelling alone, they must provide their birth certificate as well as a consent letter signed by both parents or guardians authorizing them to travel to Taiwan.
- The Taiwanese tourist visa is valid for 90 days but it can be extended for up to 60 days. To extend your tourist visa visit the National Immigration Agency before your visa expires.

In the South, the summer is hot and humid and the winter maybe sometimes chilly because of humidity. Only in terms of climate, the best season to travel to Taiwan is in the spring as it is not so hot yet.
