Yes, all applicants, including children, have to make an appointment. For all children below 18 years, both parents need to be present at the Visa Application Centre to sign the VIDEX form. Children below 12 years do not need to be present. All applicants below 18 years, travelling alone or with one parent must submit a signed letter of consent or authorization form and passport copy of the parent not travelling
