- The Liberian tourist visa can be issued to Singaporeans traveling to Liberia for tourism purposes.
- The Liberian tourist visa has four types:
- Single-entry visa: this visa is valid for 90 days and it costs US$70.
- One-year multiple-entry visa: this visa is valid for one year and it costs US$150.
- Two-year multiple-entry visa: this visa is valid for two years and it costs US$250.
- Three-year multiple-entry visa: this visa is valid for three years and it costs US$350.
- Proof of yellow fever vaccination must be provided. The CDC and WHO recommend the following vaccinations for Liberia:
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Typhoid
- Yellow fever
- Rabies
- Meningitis
- Polio
- Measles
- Applicants traveling with more than 10,000 USD must have it reported at custom.
- Proof of sufficient funds must be provided. This should come in the form of a recent bank statement.
- A notarized letter of consent for children below the age of 18 traveling to Liberia must be provided.
- Expect strict enforcement of border controls, and occasional border crossing closings, by Liberian, Ivorian, Sierra Leonean, and Guinean authorities.
- You are subject to local laws. If you violate local laws, even unknowingly, you may be expelled, arrested, or imprisoned.
- Penalties for possessing, using, or trafficking illegal drugs in Liberia are severe, and convicted offenders can expect long jail sentences and heavy fines.
- Photographing military installations, air, and seaports, and important government buildings are prohibited. You should not take photographs of sites or activities that may be considered sensitive, as police may confiscate the camera.
- The Liberian dollar is the official currency. However, the U.S. dollar is also accepted as legal tender. Liberian dollars are preferred for smaller purchases, especially outside of Monrovia.

- Singaporeans can travel to Liberia for business purposes on the Liberian business visa.
- There are four types of Liberian business visa:
- Single-entry visa: this visa is valid for 90 days and it costs US$70.

- Letter from employer or sponsoring company in the Liberia must be provided.
- The letter must be on the company's letterhead and should introduce the applicant, indicate the applicant's employment status/position held in the company, and clearly state the purpose of travel to Liberia.
- The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in Liberia.
- The Consulate of Liberia requires an official business letter to support your application.
- An international certificate of vaccination against yellow fever must be provided by the applicants.
- A proof of travel arrangements must also be provided. This should come in the form of a computer-generated flight itinerary, clearly showing the applicant’s name, from the airline or travel agency or copy of airline ticket showing entry and departure from Liberia.
