Will I get a refund of my ticket fee if I don't take the trip?
Tickets are non-refundable and are not exchangeable unless it is within 24-hours or special cases. If you wish to re-schedule your trip, contact any of their sales agents or call their online helpline and they will be happy to assist you.

Can I reschedule my bus ticket?
No, they do not support ticket reschedule on a customer account. However, you can have your ticket rescheduled by going directly in person at any Shabiby bus station and ask for a reschedule at the counter. This has to be done prior to the departure time on the original ticket. You will need to show your booking reference number and a piece of ID.
